can anybody tell me what theme this is? or does anybody know a similar theme for me to buy or download?

Their theme is called "fuchs".

So that means they either created it themselves, or modified an existing theme and gave it their own name.

I would say you have to email them and ask. All you can hope for is a reply that indicates where they got it.
