Bluehost Vs FatCow

Discuss... which one would you prefer, or what have you experienced of the two? I am currently on bluehost.

Ctechinfo is an unknown quantity at this point
Of the two I have only used Bluehost.

The only flaw I have with them as far as my sites go. high resolution pictures are sluggish to load..

Bluehost does seem to be a tad bit slow in updraging their software. My server is still runnig php 5.2.17 and current releases are 5.3x and 5.4.x

I have been fortunate enough that I have never needed to contact them for support, although I should inquire about the php upgrade.
