Can anyone show me how to implement a CSS tooltips on my site?

I wanted to know how to implment it, if someone could do it in firebug on the site and send me the code or show me on a screen share. The sites already up, but I dont know how to do it. The link above has an entire video tutorial on it, but I dont understand it. Im not good at coding.
