Anyone got a good example contract template for hiring a coder?

Hi

I wasn't sure where to post this, so hopefully this is the spot.

I've hired a coder to complete the small first part of a multi section job. He did well, and now I want to create a formal agreement for him to continue working on the rest of the project. I might be entering the wrong thing into Google, but cannot seem to find a decent contract template.

I want it to include some industry standard protection for both of us, some confidentiality clauses, plus stipulate that any code he adds...

- must be his
- if not his, the owner must be credited, and that that code is allowed to be used in commercial projects without recourse
- must be freely accessible for alteration by myself in the future, without having to rely on the coder to unlock any code eg something stored in a .swc file

Can anyone point me to something good to get me started?

Cheers
