Information on mobile recharge implementation

I'm writing a paper on mobile recharge and how it is implemented.

I'm stuck on how companies like freecharge.in or mobikwik.com works when somebody recharges through them. The recharge is done instantly. Do they have direct contacts with all the telecom companies or do they have some third party company that deals with online recharges and they buy it from them? If it is through a third party, could you name me one?

Hi ,yes it has been done by lot of third party company .But it doesnt have any name bcoz its been taken by dealers or brokers who is in incharge of that particular or selected area.
