Unhappy Please Help

I am a middle school student trying to self teach myself web design. And I need some help and advice. I wanted to make a search bar with the ability to search Google, but not redirect to Google. Which turns out is really hard. I need it to do something like what AOL does. Can someone please help me

Start by learning the google search API as available in the link mentioned below -

If you'd like to teach yourself HTML, I would suggest starting off with w3schools. They have a complete and easy to understand tutorial that has a certification program once you are done with the tutorial. In addition, they have CSS and JavaScript tutorials, which are the other two languages that form the 'trifecta' with HTML. I myself am certified in HTML, and w3schools is definitely my first choice. If not, feel free to simply google 'HTML tutorials'.
