California is an unknown quantity at this point
New guy seeking assistance

Sup everyone? I'm California. How is everyone?

Anyway, I joined this board because I'm an ex web coder who left the 'business' about three years ago. I did some work with PHP and MySQL back in the day. But now I'm interested in returning to my first love with a few and new long term goals in mind.

Essentially, I'm interested in creating a web game at some point down the line. It's been a desire of mine for a long long time but never was able to get around to it. Now I'm even further behind on things but I'm here to start fresh, learn all that I can from the beginning and give this a real shot long term.

HTML5, Javascript, CSS3, etc are all languages I have been pointed to in my recent weeks of searching but I am rusty in some and an absolute rookie in the others. I'm looking forward to asking questions and getting advice on this quest of mine. Good day, all.
