There are lots of options for pre-made websites around. Most are generic in some way, so although I doubt there will be a whole lot tailored to your needs, there should be a bunch that you can edit to suit yourself with little effort.
Free website providers often include plenty of templates to choose from, or if you're sorting out your own hosting and domain you will have a great many more options. There is an abundance of ready-to-install and free themes out there; If you add your own backgrounds and images, tweak the colors, and of course fill in your own titles and articles then many of these themes could become a fine playcenter/preschool website. Just Google "Free website themes", and maybe a few more keywords to your preferance, and you should find something you like.
