does any one know where i can find a online flash program maker or a program to make .swf files that is under 10 meg

I believe that Swish is only a few MB in size, alternatively Swift 3D v3 is just above your limit, at ~12MB.

I've never seen any free flash programs but I will recommend SWiSH as well. I believe the Lite version is only like 20 bucks. You'll make that back the first day of use.

on www.flashkit.com there is an online thingy called 'flashtype' that can do basic text effects.
