need help with colors

i want copy the element near the logo is:




but when i slice the layer and copy it.
it give me gray color

i cant get the effects in the element from photoshop



i try slise
height 110px
width 3px [repeat-x]

and
height 110px
width 350px

them both give me gray color

What are you trying to do exactly? You say copy the element near the logo, but in the picture it looks like you're indicating your logo. Everything is grey in that picture also, so what does this have to do with colors?

you can see in the background near the logo the color
the color on the top is white-gray
and in under gray-black
i try to make this in html/css
but is not work to me
when i pick up color is get only the color in the spot
when i try to slice it is dont work either i got only gray color

problem solve

what i did is:
make new layer
and crtl+e to the layer with the effect and the new layer
and than i slice the image and make repeat-x
work fine
