Angry CSS isn't loading properly in FireFox 16?

I know it's not just my browser cache since I've had a couple of other folks look as well. I cannot figure out why my page looks great in Safari but looks like doo doo in FireFox. Styles simply aren't even loading at all.

I've cleared cache, my friends hadn't been to the site before, and they experienced the same thing.

HELP??? I'm utterly perplexed by this one!

Dev Site.

Your page looks identical to me in Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 17 and Opera 12. The icons in the top right corner are slightly higher in Chrome 23 so that appears to be the browser that is the odd one out (unless the old version of Firefox you are using displays the page differently to the current version).
