Windows 7 Finding Event Viewer Log

Hi,

I recently did an disk drive error checking task for my Dell Inspiron laptop, and want to find the log so I know exactly when it was last performed. I looked all over the place in the Event Viewer program, but came to no avail. Is it in the program, or do I have to find it somewhere else?

But luckily nobody really knows what MVC means, so we can call our presentation layer separation mechanism MVC and move on. (Rasmus Lerdorf)

Well,

It's not the best solution though; I had to use an artificial recovery search program to get what I needed. I did not expect to get the best information from the log as the process may not have finished correctly. I was afraid it was going to freeze during the middle of the task, probably between twenty-five to seventy-five percent.
