interested in making a web app or site with someone

im gonig to be honest i've never made a web app, and im just starting html, php mysql css and javascript, and im looking to make a site or app with someone who is just starting also, doesnt have to be for money, i really just want to do it for the experience. i dont really care what language you are learning, it would jsut be cool to make something, whether its kinda stupid or dope.
