Very Cool JQuery Dropdown, but how to do it?

I recently discovered a cool simple Jquery drop down div. Visit http://appex.no/kontakt/
as you can see the drop downs appear on the staff categories.. Im trying to achieve how to do this simple drop down? anyone know of any good tutorials ? thanks!

If you see just the blue lettering the the + sign that expands the div revealing the pictures of the staff

oh, that. I don't know what they're using specifically but if you want something similar and you need to use jQuery you could look at toggle or animate or use a combination of the two

I guess toggle would be my best bet? thanks I'm new to jQuery I could figure it out.
