need help for new website idea

i have an idea for an website, but i cant write any code or Anything. I only have The idea. I suppose that this will take a Lot of complicated work, so if someone is interested please contact me.

Is your goal to make money on this website? If so, have you written up a business plan? Do you have anything written down that describes how money will be made?

Besides the idea, which are a dime a dozen, what are you going to bring to the table?
