Require a comprehensive form to be built for user submission.
1) Project Details: I will be starting a business that requires my customers to fill out a medium sized form in person in order to gather their specific requirements and preferences. I essentially want them to click a button that then fades in a window within the site, the window will display the legal aspects of that they are participating in. They will scroll down to hit an I understand the terms and conditions and agree type button before proceeding.
Once they agree I want the form to become available, this form is already made by me. I just want it to be displayed and be interactive to the user. The form does have a picture or two but is otherwise relatively straight forward. So to clarify, I already made the form, I just need it functional and translated into an online variation.
Once they complete the form, I want there to be a next button below which will then pop up a second but very basic form that will have a few more details, basically a slightly different topic. After they complete this step they will hit the Submit form button below. Once hit, I want them to receive a prompt that confirms that they knew what they are doing that displays their first and last name entered as well. For example: I Jacob Brown agree to all terms and conditions etc.
Then at the end I want these forms to be submitted to me by email so I can then print them and move forward with my customer.
I also want that window within the site to close and a new window fade in saying thank you and etc.
Hopefully that was detailed enough.
2) Payment method/ details: I can really pay you in your method of preference. I would want this done relatively soon.
