cannot view php on dreamhost

So I work on a site called jaguarmarketing.net. I was uploading a contact form that contained a cgi-bin folder and now I wnts me to download the php file instead of displaying it . I have deleted it but still no go anyone know what's wrong?

Please, if anyone has an idea tell me please. Dreamhost is set up to have php work already, i didn't change anything there
