Yes servers will be bought which makes it harder for me to pay for the script but will be done

with site like that you'll need more than just web scripting. you'll need dynamic bandwidth controll and stuff like that. plus you'll need hudge execution time for upload scripts, so peple could actully upload big files.

Yes, everything else will be handled all that's needed is the site to be made with user and admin cp implemented
