CHARITY HELP NEEDED: Annotations & Videos Uploading Features for JWplayer (Free AD 4u

I am going to build and run a video website where I will be playing a huge number of beginning unknown talented singers in RANDOM order to promote them for FREE. So, it will look like "live TV streaming". On each videos will be annotation (like it is possible on YouTube) asking viewers to subscribe to the current played singer on her home YouTube channel so that a bigger number of people can get to know their skills / talents. When a viewer clicks on that annotation, in a new window will be appeared their YouTube channel or other their page (links) the singers want to.

I already did some work (I put on my website JW Player and some html code that plays those video-clips in RANDOM order), but because I am not any professional in this field I need the help.

JUST THREE MAIN TASKS:


1) - On the public page of my website where is the video player will be a button, selected singers who will receive a password from me, after they will click on it, they will be able to upload their videos. Of course, I will be able to upload their videos with this button, as well. (I already was going to include videos with the way using html codes, only, but I realized it is not possible to be adding a huge number (thousands) of videos with such complicated way. That's why your task will be to make this one to be done AUTOMATICALLY with just one click on that button and choosing the file in their (my) computer to upload it. Of course, I will be able to remove any video I do not like to keep the high level of standard of the singing videos. And I will be able to change the password any time to prevent any singer from uploading new videos if their uploaded videos will be going down with the high level of standard.

(The selected singers will be the singers who I already know and I trust them they can sing very well. New singers who I do not know yet very well, will not have the password because I have to see their talent, first. I have been permanently searching for talented singers. (I already have a huge playlists (thousands) of talented singers on my Youtube channels.) Also, any other singers, who thinks their singing skills are great, will be able to contact me asking me to see their singing video to put their videos into the playlist of my "live streaming singing TV" to promote her.)

2) - On the public page of my website where is the video player will be a button, selected singers who will receive a password from me, after they will click on it, they will be able to write their annotation on their videos and paste their link(s) of their home YouTube channels or any other their websites (links). Of course, I will be able to do so, as well, instead of those new singers I do not know very well, yet, or to help any singer to do so.

3) - Because I am not any professional in this field, with a mistake, the JW Player shows the embed codes (when you click: "pause") even though I do NOT want it. You will have to remove this feature so that ANY embed codes could NOT be visible!


IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY OTHER SIMILAR WEB VIDEO PLAYER THAT CAN PLAY VIDEOS IN RANDOM ORDER, YOU CAN USE IT INSTEAD OF THE JW PLAYER.

IF YOU CARRY OUT JUST THESE THREE SIMPLE TASKS, I WILL KEEP YOUR ADVERTISEMENT ON THE VIDEO-PAGE FOR 7 MONTHS FOR FREE AS THE RETURN FOR YOUR WORK. For example you will be allowed to place your advertisement-video into the right hand top corner or text or what ever. (Of course, your advertisement must not be about any bad ideology, crime or porn.)

I will allow your advertisement to be placed on my video-webpage for a longer time for free (one year) if you do more work. The details about the more needed work I will let you know later.
