We are looking for a senior ASP.NET developer to join our team.

We are a start-up business at launch with a working product developed in India. We would like to bring development back to the US immediately to take the product live. We have a solid and substantial pipeline of potential business waiting for us to release our product. This will be an equity based position initially.

We're looking for a .NET Developer with 4+ years of C# and .NET programming experience. We want someone who eats, sleeps, and breaths code. You know Visual Studio inside and out.

What you need for this position:

- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, Visual Studio 2010
- OOP, DDD, TDD, DI, and ORM strategies experience
- Minimum 2 years of Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 2.0, Dynamic Data 4.0, and Windows services experience
- Experience with Microsoft Entity Framework 4.0 and T4 Templates
- Sql Server 2008R experience
- HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jquery experience
- 3-5 years of total software development experience
- Ability to work independently as well as closely with team members
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong work ethic, quick learner and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally you have team management experience and a desire to lead as rapid advancement is there if you want it.

- Developing, designing, testing and implementing new features to our exisiting product to meet business and development requirements
- Adhering to good development guidelines to write good, clean and reusable code
- Working with our out-sourced team in India to bring the product back to the US.
