DOS Command for Upload to Remote Server

I need help with HTTP syntax command. I'm trying to push a file from my desktop to a remote server, using a specific port. Can anybody help me with the correct dos command I need to accomplish this??? I've tried -put "filename" -dest "server ip: port" but dos is not recognizing the -put switch. I've also tried a -push switch as well. I'm at a loss...I'm trying to replicate a performance test on a device at work so it's important to replicate the test manually exactly as the software does.
