cherubray is an unknown quantity at this point
Site looks okay in every browser other than MSIE 9 or lower.

The site I'm building is: http://4wheelspecialtiestx.com/test/

Would appreciate any feedback on why it looks so jacked up in MSIE 9 or earlier versions.

Thanks a lot.

Hi, it would be worth running the page through the w3c validator. It appears that there is a UFT-8 DOM mark issue which will trip up older browsers and IE8 at least does not see your doctype declaration as being at the start of the document. Jim
