Z-INDEX not working in IE - CSS Menu Problem

Hi Experts,

I implemented a jQuery based dropdown menu.
It's working perfect in FF & Chrome but in IE the sub menu doesn't appear behind the main menu item. Maybe its z-index problem or something like that.

Please see attached the code & let me know how can I make it look good in IE too.
