This isn't a place to ask for work to be done, only to ask for help. If you have tried to mark this up and are having difficulty, post what you have and describe the issues you are having and someone will be glad to help you resolve them. If you really just have no clue where to start, and this is homework or something, http://www.w3schools.com is a great place to start out with the basics.
