Can I get Fantastico, Simplescripts, or something similar installed on WAMP?

There shouldn't be any reason why not - probably a rather expensive way to install scripts though as each charges quite a high fee for use of their service. It is only really affordable if shared between lots of users (as is generally the case on shared hosting).

Of course I meant for free.
Anyway now I know about cpanel costing $600 per year for a license, so that is completely out of the question because I couldn't find any cracked versions torrents.
