Removing Flash From Menu - Need to fix formatting

I am VERY unfamiliar with programming and am trying to help a colleague remove Flash from his website: www.jameserickson.com

I have created an .jpg version of his header and an image map of the menu items: www.jameserickson.com/laurenindex.com

The tagline has moved down below, and I can't figure out how to bring it up on the page where it was originally. Any help would be appreciated. I have attached my laurenindex.php and laurenheader_hometestmap.php files that I'm working on.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Fastest way to fix it.

In your CSS, line 124.
Replace the #tagline for:

#tagline {
margin-left: 30px;
position: absolute;
top: 125px;
width: 924px
}

I think I added the code correctly...see attached.

Now the home page looks like this:

The goal is to have everything look like this:
www.jameserickson.com
