That's not how SEO works.

The more backlinks across the web, the higher the website's rank is on search engines. This can be seen with Wikipedia, many websites link to it for word references or articles. It is the only reason why when you search for random things, Wikipedia comes out on top. Additionally, increased traffic shows your website is active and thus also helps the website's rank. It has nothing to do with gender.

Searching on Google, I highly doubt he is doing anything blackhat. He hardly has any linking or SEO for that matter.
