Phpbb3 theme needs tweaking

I would like to get some bugs fixed on a theme I downloaded from PHp themes, It is unsupported
Bug:
when I click on the home tab nothing happens;

To fix

Change {U_HOME} to {U_INDEX}

I dont know how to access the code etc.....

Plus I would like to be able to place a rotating banner module 460 x 80 where the poker olympus text is on the header and footer

If possible add a logo (optional) , But would like to have the text and short description in bolder Font and style

To narrow the forum and add 1 side column in the same format of forum
