Linking to Back previous page

i wanna be able to have the user click the Back link to get to a previous Page what i have is the Following can't figure out how to link back from this

if ($result && mysql_num_rows($result) > 0) die("<p>Customer Abreviation already exists!</p>"); // Link back to previous page

You can use $_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] for the href value but be aware that it cannot be "trusted." The user can manipulate the value.

I'm not sure if that is of any concern in your case, but if it is just be aware that the referer data in $_SERVER is not reliable.
