how to replace flash with pic for iphone etc

Hello.
I have a website which has a flash header and also a flash picture on my home page. It plays fine in explorer and firefox, but seeing as apple doesnt support flash, when i view it on my iphone it is just blank.. just a white space.
Is there anyway around this? Can this be replaced with a pic, i heard it can? Can it take a snapshot of the flash video for example?

DO you have been try using another browser with latest version? Usually this condition will be solved if you try another browser that upgraded.
