I have prepared a business plan and sent it to venture capital funds. 2 Fund negotiated approved my idea and proposed investments. However, I am not happy with my cut. One fund has 5%, other - 3%. So I refused. I do not have money to pay for the work of the programmer. So I'm looking for someone (or team) that will help me in the project. The dress will be the share of the company.
