Template Customization, Image Upload Hex, More...

It's been so long since I've coded that it's somewhat of a foreign language to me again. Not to mention I'm crushed for time in the process of starting a new company. Ergo, I'm coming here to pay someone else for their expertise.

1) Project Details:
When a client signs up with me, I want to offer a starter kit of sorts - printable materials. I would have 4-5 templates available for them to download. The coding comes in here - I want the client to be able to upload their logo or type in their name, choose a custom color scheme, perhaps even choose fonts, then have each template customized for them and their business. The entire template wouldn't be customizable, but certainly many aspects would be.

I'm on Wordpress but I don't necessarily need this to integrate. However, it seems easiest if it DID integrate since I could have them sign up using WP and their login information would keep their settings/logo/etc.

One feature that I've seen before and I'd like to see in my package is automatically pre-populating the colors based on the colors in their logo. The client could change this manually, but it would be a great start. Either way, the 2-3 colors that are customizable would need a color picker.

I'm looking to avoid Java and Flash here.

2) Payment method/details:
I can pay however needed: Paypal, CC, Check - as long as it's secure. I'm flexible on the timeline, but hoping to have something implemented within the next 30 days.

As far as workload, I would create the templates using InDesign then convert them to whatever format with whatever class ID's I was told are easiest - my point being that template creation is not needed here, just the coding aspects.
