Probably the best example. This is a humorous site, but mine would be set up in order to offer people some portions of my existing site through a new layout and theme.
People would not have the option of typing in other sites for it, it'd just be set up through a new domain I have to only filter parts of my own site and present them in the new layout and interface. I could build the HTML page for it but would need help with CGI or Javascript or whatever does the actual filtering.
