Make installer for Java .jar files

Hey, I was wondering how to make an installer for your .jar file, like when you download a program or application, and you have to choose folder (like in the program files folder) and choose if you want to create a shortcut icon on the desktop, and accept the terms and conditions, and stuff like that.

How do you do this?
