CPanel alternatives for Apache

I can't find a free cpanel alternative for Apache. I am using Windows but I have XAMPP installed on my machine.

Please post links on the cpanel alternatives... Thank you very much

What are your requirements? WAMPServer and XAMPP allow you to start/stop/restart Apache, but if you need remote access to edit configs and such you might need something like Enkompass or Plesk.

I used to run ISPConfig, but i ran it in Debian not Windows.

It's pretty nice for being free.
