PSD to HTML & php script integrating

1) Project Details: I'm looking forward HTML/CSS coder to convert a photoshop template and integrating with php script. The template itself requires such features as 2 sliders, 1 dock menu ,1 jquery content (these are the most hardest things I suppose), 7 pages should be coded.
2) Payment method/ details: I'm able to pay using paypal 20$, payza 35$ and I'll be able to give everything I have right now which is 55USD, this is probably not enough but this is my first project for a client and I'm planning to stick with you as coder and hire later for better projects with better payment. Thanks indeed for answer.
3) Payment : 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
