Looking for feedback/suggestions

Hey guys,

So I recently helped make a website that was launched about 3 months ago. I would really appreciate if you guys gave me some feedback or suggestion about the site, like features, design , etc. Our goal of the site is to be a platform for developers to showcase their work and get recognition for their talent.

The website looks cool.

If I was being really picky, I would say a bit to much grey at times. Grey can appear as a dull colour that's safe. I personally think the grey is maybe a bit much on some pages, think about the footer part, I think it could be a bit more brighter. The twitter icon is a bit randomly placed and could do with moving.
