markman641 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
in-page tutorial

Hey everyone! I own http://www.RapidCashGPT.com and I thought of a really good idea for my website.

Basically it's an in-page tutorial.. what I want it to do is like grey out the rest of the page except for the area I want, and then add a description or something. They can click the next button and it would highlight the next thing on the page, so on and so forth. It must have the option to disable it. How would I go about doing this? I'm not much of a scripter, but I've been learning PHP for about a year now. Please let me know if this can be done, thanks

djpaul1963 is an unknown quantity at this point
You must use JavaScript to achieve that and most likely JQuery to facilitate the things a lot because you don't have to catch browser incompatibilites with that. PHP is a server side thing, not much of help on what you want.

Coding Start can only hope to improve
Also, if you wish, you can combine with another programming language, such as PHP new version.
