Full Screen Website help question

I have been scouring the forums for answers and tried as3 code after code, im just not sure if what im trying to do is possible. Ive made a website http://www.loveanddaggers.com/working.html, but i want it to scale to the viewers browser size without distorting the image size.
All the threads ive read and videos ive watched dont really deal with the issue or use examples of vector circles where it doesnt matter.
I wish i could provide an example of what i tried, but no script ive used has worked at all.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I would very much appreciate it.
