Yepnope js

I have downloaded yepnope.js from this link:
https://github.com/SlexAxton/yepnope.js/zipball/v1.5.4

If I extract this file, I get a bunch of files

But I don't know how to integrate those files into my code.

Can someone help me?

JMO It strikes me that this resource-loading script is the kind of software that, if you don't know how to install and use it, then it's probably not something that you should play with. Just a suggestion

But, as suggested by VIPStephen, there could be some instructions (somewhere) on that GitHub.
