I have been working with a textbased mafia game in the past few month now.
And i have soon completed the design.

So therefore i will looking for a PHP specialist and the candidate should have minimum 4 year of experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX.

It's a plus if you have experience in xml and open flash chart ( statistics ).

The salary will be $7 every hour, and the money will be transferred with paypal at the end of the month.

The ignorance you're displaying right now is amusing. The price you're offering is basically illegal. Look at yourself before you call others names.

Federal minimum wage hasn't been adopted by all states, nor is it illegal to pay someone below it-- the most common exemption is a company with revenue less than $500k/year and does not engage in interstate commerce.

That said, $7/hr is ridiculously for the U.S., so I would advise the OP to specify the countries from which you are seeking a freelancer.

Illegal or not, look at what he's asking for. He wants a programmer who will primarily be a PHP programmer, but should ALSO have a MINIMUM of four YEARS(?!?) of experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ajax!

Oh - and by the way... I know you guys can all get paid a decent amount of money with all that experience, but regardless... I'm willing to offer you guys a WHOPPING $7 / hour. Please... I know it's a generous offer, but I can only pick one of you!!

No need to criticize the OP. He just needs to learn that a $7 / hour programmer gets you a project that looks like it was made by a $7 / hour programmer.

He's obviously not building anything significant.
