Gaming/Sponsorship website

The project is for a gaming/sponsorship website that offers sponsorships to teams.

Features of site:
-CMS / backend to edit users/pages/content/news/etc (can be a premade CMS if it meets the requirements and is able to handle all of the sites content)

-User registration / profiles / personal message

-Forums (i.e: SMF/vBulletin/IPB)

-Team page (lists members of teams and the game the team is in with a logo/banner for teams and lists links to their public profile aswell as an avatar)

-Servers page (should be easily editable by backend, forms such as Name, and a form for the embeddable code.. i.e : gametracker)

-Staff page with flag by name + contact details + link to profile

-Powers/Ranks (limit backend access by user rank, i.e mods are only able to edit profiles <- just an example)

-Matches (a list of matches with the name of the team, their opponent, which map they played on, score of the match, link to the match (i.e to a tournament site), live stream/video (if available, if not it should not be listed as an option)

-Live cast page (Used for Livestreams of our teams, should list if the stream is offline/online and which user (linked to profile) is streaming, should also be easily editable from backend)


Requirements:
-MySQL
-PHP
-jQuery/AJAX (if site is to use this)
-HTML/HTML5
-Photoshop (converting PSD to work with the CMS)
-Some experience with CMS creation or CMS integration


We have a logo and template (PSD template) made already as well as a domain, just need the coding to be done.
