I don't use Flash and I have no idea how Flash interacts with JavaScript to inject those callbacks.
But obviously what is happening is that the browser is *NOT* seeing the click on something within Flash as being equivalent to a click outside Flash. You could classify this as a bug, but on the other hand since the Flash code *COULD* inject the JS at any time--not just when the user clicks on something--your could understand why the browser would be leery of trusting Flash.
Not to ask a dumb question, but isn't there a way *INSIDE* Flash to jump to another web page?? If not, I'd say Flash isn't very clever. If so, use that instead of the JS callback.
