Auto filling forms from data from CSV/XML

Hi

I don't know whether this question is related to this forum category or not, please don't mind and suggest me if i am in wrong section.

Here i have a scenario and need your suggestions/help on it

I have a csv containing information of a student (just an example), and i want to register the student on several student registration websites, and all the websites will have almost same fields in the form like name, email, age , course, degree, address, previous grades etc, but of course each site will have its own form layout and names of the fields in html.
Can we do something with browser plugins/javascript or some other way that we can fill these forms with the information we have in the csv or we can even use xml if some solution works with xml.

Your suggestions will be quite helpful.

Thanks
