Putting an image over a flash video file - help!

Hi guys,

I am trying to figure out how to put an image over a flash video file on my site. I want an image to appear when the video is not playing and then if someone wants to click play on the video, the image will kind of "disappear" for lack of a better word. This is the coding I have there right now....what am I doing wrong?
