The keyword meta element (<meta name="keywords" …>) isn’t being taken into consideration at all by modern major search engines. Rather, you need to have much text content that contains your keywords. But Google is smart, the keywords must not be used excessively (e. g. by just repeating them many times), they must be within some context (e. g. paragraphs of text).

Google takes a while to process the keywords and to update the statistics as its cached.
People who have posted above me are correct now adays the bots look for keywords in content rich areas. Usually if you just spam the keywords it puts you on a blacklist.

Google crawls your website whenever it gets around to it again. There have been some methods I've heard about for defining a return period for bots, but I also heard that bots don't really listen to them.

In 1, title title word limit, usually for a user in a search engine searches a title of the site has only 56 bytes around ( because of different search engines show Title length is different ), is a 28 Chinese characters, so we should to do a website header length, not too long, because if the title is too long then the site title key words weight will be more decentralized, of course key words from the importance of writing, from left to right order sorting.

Make a sitemap where you define pages in the site and the frequency when you update different pages for the Google crawlers.

Here's an example of a sitemap:

Here's a sitemap generator:
