databse to .docx

Sir, I’m studying b.tech & im doing my mini project. So our mini project is “REPORT GENERATION TOOL”.
Its something like we created static pages of the report with some fixed columns
Eg: for suppose if you are going to take student details,then all we need to do is just fill the boxes(similar to registration form) in HTMl page like Name, branch, id e.t.c and these values will be get stored in database(using oracle)table. These table contains the same options that of html page & using java script we transferred the values to the database
So my question is , from this database I need to get a word file(.docx) which we will save it as .BMP(image extension) …so here from database it should be like a regular report(with no tables just paragraphs)..so please tell how to do this …
also we are using tomcat to connct to the server
