CSS3 HTML5 simple bit of quick help needed

1) Project Details: a CSS stylesheet needs recoding so a cartoon strip will display on pages based on twitter bootstrap. the HTML5 of the corresponding cartoon strip may also need tweaking.

2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, Timeline ASAP payment via Paypal as soon as complete):

Should only take a few minutes if you know what you are doing with CSS. I have a previous message sent by email elsewhere (but no response hence post) I can copy and paste into a PM with links to the page in question you can see the cartoon strip not displaying correctly as needed (which is what needs fixing).

The CSS is a mess in the cartoon strips file as I have been playing with it trying to get it from px width's to something that works responsively and have made a right hash of it all.

I am also on ebay as HostTed with 100% feedback (seeing as as this is my first post here).
