swf not playing

this question is so very basic, but I cannot solve it. It also may be an html question, let me know if that's the case.
anyway, I am playing with some actionscript and I have a stupid animation that I am trying to run on this web site.

the swf file will not run in the browser on the actual site. It runs locally and in dreamweaver but not online.

It seems to be running fine for me, in IE9 at least. It ran as soon as I declined to install some add on. Cool dub.
