php programmer needed

Hello,

Looking for honest, responsive PHP programmer to custom code using PHP and mysql adding features to an existing web based Learning Management System. Ongoing work available.

Must be able to provide examples of unique original written code.

- Candidate should have in depth PHP, JavaScript,CSS, HTML,knowledge.
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PHP, MySQL, experience in PERL is a plus
- Candidate should have experience of the full software development life cycle from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
- Candidate would be responsible for the coding of new websites specifically in PHP format when given the layout and design.
- Candidate should have proven web and database development experience.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
